Threadhopping: I'm usually for it, but please ask first
Fourthwalling: Again, I'm usually for it, but ask first.
Hugging this character: Gavril loves hugs! Hug away! He may not want to hug you in the Rocket Red armor, though. He doesn't want to hurt your character.
Kissing this character: As a gentleman he might not like random kisses, but you are always free to try!
Flirting with this character: Gavril still feels like he's dating Bea, despite not seeing her for a few years, so he might not respond to it, but you are always welcome to try.
Fighting with this character: Feel free to fight away, but Gavril is the type who will try to talk your character out of it rather than brawl with him/her.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Just run this one by me first. If he's in his suit it will be hard (but certainly not impossible) to injury him, and if he's outside the suit he's not the best hand-to-hand fighter so it would be easier. I'm not against it, but I'd like to talk it out first.
Killing this character: This is the one thing I will probably say no to, but always feel free to ask.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ask first. I'm most likely to say yes.
